We provide training and capacity-building programs, empowering members to advocate for economic rights, equipping them with knowledge, skills, and confidence to hold leaders accountable and foster an enabling environment for women in business, trade, and technology.
Gender-Responsive Business Environment
We advocate for and support businesses to adopt gender-responsive practices, including promoting gender diversity in leadership and decision-making, ensuring equal pay for equal work, and providing family-friendly policies and support services.
Access to information
We provide our members with access to information on financial resources and market linkages, connecting them locally, regionally, and globally, enabling them to expand their economic opportunities and achieve sustainable growth and success
